 Dark Surface is a dynamic and hard-hitting Deathcore and Metalcore band hailing from Central, IL. with Shawn Mills (Vocals), Austin Skeeters (Drums, Vocals), Jose Mendez (Guitars) and Tommy Peecher (Bass) Drawing inspiration from bands such as Erra, Oceano, Invent Animate, and many others, Dark Surface has crafted a unique sound that combines technical proficiency with crushing heaviness.

In 2024, Dark Surface achieved a major milestone with the completion of their highly anticipated EP, "Passages". The EP showcases the band's ability to seamlessly blend melodic passages with brutal breakdowns, leaving listeners on the edge of their seats.

Currently, Dark Surface is hard at work on their next project, a full length album set to be released by 2025. With a relentless work ethic and a dedication to pushing the boundaries of their genre, Dark Surface is poised to continue making waves in the metal scene.
